Talent Tower put into use in China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone.
Talent Tower has started running on a trial basis under an initiation led by the management committee of Shanghai’s free trade zone.

The tower is located at 55 Feila Road, serving as a platform for talent and recruiters. The first phase now in use covers nearly 6,000 square meters and has mainly four functions. Firstly, it offers administrative services. The ground floor has a 700-square-meter international talent service center with 12 service windows, offering 28 recruitment services for companies in the zone. Secondly, a number of institutions have gathered in the tower. In the more than 4,000 square meters office area above the second floor are human resource agencies and training firms capable of offering companies various services. Thirdly, the tower can hold job fairs. Wing-building of the tower has a job fair hall of more than 800 square meters and will hold job fairs regularly. Fourthly, the tower can serve as a training facility. It has an area of nearly 1,000 square meters as training space to offer thorough support to companies in developing talent. Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone Investment Industrial Co, the main investor of the Talent Tower, will be responsible for business operation.

Besides the Talent Tower as a brick-and-mortar human resource service center, the FTZ’s management committee will build an online HR platform and a database to improve the HR service system in supporting development of the FTZ.
